Odi mushroom grips

How the hell do you get these off they are the 2 part grips hard rubber and soft sleeve I've tried all the old tricks a very skinny screw driver with a squirt or wd40 but there not budging the hard rubber is so hard to get something to slid down!, I need these off as I've sold them?:)
