Help with shipping costs from the States

Thinking of buying a bike from US Ebay...can anyone tell me approx costs of shipping a complete bike to the UK ?
I'm aware of bloody import duties, tax, customs etc but what should the cost of pure shipping be? Then with the duties ?

Shipping should be around £60 - £100.

Customs charges vary but it could be about £50.

$157 or £95ish, but customs stung me with £240!!!!! be careful, importing anything from abroad with a value over £40 with incur customs charges
