I got a cheap frame and some cheap parts and I'm doing what I want  :daumenhoch: give a fella a break!

And lastly... a 2 hip Big Boy IS a Riot with 'dropouts made that support the seat stays better' ... so I'm ticking all the boxes  :daumenhoch:

I think you have convinced yourself it's a riot mate!!
But it isn't. I may be made by the bloke and a similar shape. But it isn't a riot!!  What you are doing is shocking mate. Yes it maybe a 96/97 frame but it is still pretty rare. And yours is mint!!! If it was an old rider then that would be different.  But to do what your gonna do to a nos frame is absurd. I'm surprised no one else has piped up and told you your mad!
At least kappys mods were all brazed onto an old frame so they could be heated up and removed without any damage to the original frame. But your on about drilling holes in yours. Which quite frankly is bonkers!!!  :uglystupid2: :idiot2: :idiot2: :'( :-\

Stu... read the first post mate... I never asked for your opinions on IF I should do what I WANT to MY frame... ( which is why no one else is on a soap box ) but you are STILL advocating doing welding mods to an even rarer Riot frame  :uglystupid2: but I'm a Butcher for drilling a hole in my frame.. go figure.

It is a totally mint NOS frame ... but its MY TOTALLY MINT NOS FRAME... so wind ya neck in and let me play  :daumenhoch:

This is a website forum mate. So we all have freedom of speech.
I think you may find others haven't said anything coz your a mod!
This is not only my opinion. There are several other members on rad that think your nuts as well!!
The difference with me is if I think what you are doing is wrong I will say. Coz I've got the bottle to do it!!!

The wal airlines dropouts on most of the frames are cracked anyway. So making different dropouts isn't going to affect it that much.

To be honest as a mod I think you shouldn't be replying in the manner you are. After all the mods on this site are very quick at jumping on threads and voicing their opinions. But when the shoe is on the other foot it's a different story.

If you want to be known as rads butcher then that's your affair.
