Had it's first ride into work today, went well, the gearing is just about right. The new chain arrived this morning too so that'll go on later.  ;)

Sam It looks like Matts stem is a bit thicker than yours Sam. Maybe a couple of spacers could be in need when you get it all up and running. It only looks as though the differance could be that between the two stems, not easy to tell until you get the cups in really.

Nice to hear the gearing is good, it gives me something to aim for now as was wondering what gearing to use.
