I'll stand by ordinary cornershop lighter fluid for sticker removal, cheap & easy to get hold of.
They used to use gallons of the stuff where the missus worked, for cleaning prints on glossy paper. Last thing I used it for was getting the sale stickers off of a book jacket, works a treat.

how much is it as i have never bought any, you can buy proper stuff off ebay for £3.50, is it cheaper than that & does it work well without tons of elbow grease

it's about a quid fifty and yest it works a treat. We use it in the studio for remooving spray mount etc. Have sed it loads of times to remove glue from loads of places
