good luck,  one little tip for you, run a knife or file at the  sharp edge of the bottom bracket where the cups go,

that will break the seal and the powder wont chip or flake off as now it's not connected but has a clean line

Absolutly  :) went with the blade on the inside , cups fitted a treat
To be fair the guy I took it to does radiators & railings  :LolLolLolLol:
