Rear axle stuff

Hi guys,
Still doing up my puch.iv come to my rear acle and the bearings are shot.i need a new rear axle which is 9.5mm x 150mm.i could just change the bearings but i cant find 9.5mm bearings and cone with dustcap anywhere!where do i look?

what wheel is it? it may actually be a 3/8 axle....
