--- Quote from: ratty on July 12, 2006, 09:50 PM ---I think its probably too late, but I have a hub that I stripped off a knackered rim and I want to get the freewheel off, any way of doing it before I rebuild the wheel?????? :idiot2:

--- End quote ---

you are gonna struggle

rebuild the wheel loosely
it will save trying to hold the hub still and wrecking it

sawzall:
you can very carefully use a disc cutter to remove it ,removing a bit at a time with patcience it will come off i saved a bullseye hub this way :daumenhoch:

theRuler:
fook all methods but the vice one

i turned off 2 long term stuckies with a vice today

the stickweld was good, but the vice is nice
