Does anyone know "Bigfrawg"?

Hi all,
Does anyone here know "Bigfrawg" (michael marley) ?
I only ask as I paid for an ashtabula crank that he had on here at the end of september and nothing, have sent him a couple of pm's etc but still nowt...if anyone knows him can they kick him up the ass to either give me my money back or send the crank.
Sorry to have to do this publicly but I dont know what else to do to get hold of him. :-\
