Robinson Bars?

Im thinking of bidding for these - but can anyone tell me, are they Robnson bars to be used with a cross brace, or are they [as im inclined to think] robinson mini/junior bars for use without a cross brace? They seem to low and wide to be a regular 'pro' bar... Check out Green MAchines other stuff too, the odd little Gem from their old stock - esp the shaft drive Waldens bmx!
