What part makes you cringe when someone has it on their build?

Anyone whos ridden a bike with o/s ally cranks will know how shite they are.some are only 170,s too....

Massive seats,full size grips,other burly parts on a mini,mini bmx,s are meant to be as light as possible ???

Yellow parts teamed with gold parts :(,like mixing black and blue with yer clothes :( (ok with jeans :daumenhoch:)

Small chainrings on a 20"race bike,39/16=nowhere fast :D

Sometimes an explanation as to why certain parts are on the bike or why something is set up in a certain way is needed :)
