Failing that you can mount them to a set of forks, and using laggy bands around the fork legs and around the buckle try and pull them back over time.
Never tried it meself.

Wouldnt warming them up help them relax back into shape? OK, heat the wheel up while in a fork so you could see the buckle. Fancy hair dryer with a cold blast button would be best. Heat the wheel up from hub upwards to buckled section, give it a bit of pursuation into place while heating it up, then if straight, blast it cold to set it's position. Worth a try.

If the hubs are not tightened up right, they can have a little wobble
but i have found that they were made a bit like that, and have a wobble in them from the start - some are good and some are... just bad with a wobble :D
