Yeah to be technical...ish you could probably twist the rim out of true manualy about 16mm if you really went at it.

I imagine they would perform very similar to a z rim. The thicknesses of material is similar. Even though i countersunk the nipple heads you can see the square part of the nipples only just clear the surface of the rim so these are probably a touch thicker if anything  :daumenhoch:
