back in the day i used duraglit wading to polish

Ps that stem & wheels came up well

dordymush:
i normally put the wheel in an old pair of forks i keep and then in my vice.
dremmel out or the drill with a sanding wheel on and away you go.
loads easier to do the wheels this way than trying to hold em.
