Tried again this morning, with a slightly different set up, double the lead & let it cook for 2 hours! out with the needle files, and all i need to do is a bit of polishing of the new anno!!

just havin a look.........
in the pan (for about 25 mins)
bit of filing & just needs a polish (when i can find, infact what polish would i use) ?
