I had a search for this a while back, I bought some repro GT pads and wanted some red foam for them, coloured foam does exist but it's not the usual pipe insulation it's used for protection in kids playgrounds, just did a quick search and found a link, no idea how easy it would be to get some and how much you would have to buy, but it is out there.
