not patty as the dropouts are below the main part of the leg and the wrong shape for hutch :-\

i think they were too late tbh as i dont remember them being around in 81 but closer in looks mate :daumenhoch:

Richard Barrington had the frames built in the far East, I remember them being wall to wall in the shop when they arrived. I would think that someone like Akisu would have been the builder, so it would make sense that they were Akisu forks. Possibly slightly different, depending on the spec at the time.
