Bars ID please

Hiro Tonka:
These came on a mid 80's Haro, the original owner changed most of the proper parts but did use quality replacements, just wondering what these are.
approx 29" wide
and 6.5" from the centre of the crossbar to the centre of the bottom bar (stem area)
