can anodising be removed then? i got some tech 77 levers that are painted sky blue but look anodised black underneath, i was going to spray them black but if i could polish then that be better. nice work sorry to hijack your thread!!

Anodising is easily removed, you have 3 options....
1) Be a pussy and use Oven Pride oven cleaner.
2) Be manly and use Caustic Soda with cold water.
3) Be the manliest man ever and use Caustic Soda with hot water ;D
Actually don't use option 3, it is nuts.
