Old school race gear?

Is there much call for it given it fits very few of us?

I can lay my hands on some nos red and white star spangled Hutch padded pants but they wont fit me so i would be buying as an investment sort of thing.
I dont normally bother with stuff i'm not interested in but if these pants are worth a few bob i would be daft to turn them away for the price.

Whats the going rate for this sort of stuff? had a look in the usual places but i cant find much of a point of reference  :-\
