Vector bars ? ? ? ?

Got a some bars in a recent deal and don't need them, now I think I know what they are but not 100% sure. So are they the rare Vector FS bars and if so what would they be worth ?

You may have to remove lever and grips to check the top bar angle and rad on the top bends
