Jon The Bassist:
So here's my latest messed up creation, an Old/New/Mid Skool Race/Freestyle bike :crazy2: I really wanted to try riding a 20" bike that actually fits me and this frame came up very cheap.
This bike is now my every day play bike, to be raced occasionally as well, and hopefully improve my skills. I might get some light race tyres for it later in the year. Running 41-15 gearing to keep out of the way of the brake. I'm loving it so far. Spider is mounted backwards for optimum chainline with the external BB. The tophat washer seems a bit wide for the steel spider so will probably change that at some point. This build has cost me about £200 in total
