Slower is better - don't go sticking fook loads in from the get go, remember you can always add more - I use 500g for a half full bath, with a bit of light scrubbing with an old toothbrush on stubborn bits. Leave em in there for around 24 hours, but check back on them after 6 to see if they're done.

I accidently put 750gms into a tub that just held a frame ... left for 24 hours ... pffftt it was fine :angel:
...but Dan is right ... less for longer is safer :daumenhoch: nice hot water helps as well.
Pour it on green alge covered garden chairs after :angel: works a treat.

don't forget to put pop bottles/bricks/whatever in the gaps between the frame & tub
fills it up so you don't need so much water in there :daumenhoch:
