nope its not a proline spindle, i know that for sure  :daumenhoch:

am now aware I need the 80s full wrap 401 cranks for sure...but not 100% convinced about the new bb/spindles fitting now  :tickedoff:

Can we get a confirmation otherwise I'll walk away and wait for a full matching set  ;)

I'm hoping you are right Andy as it'll save a whole heap of money/ball ache   :'(

You see 80's 401 BB's on their own come up now and then on Ebay  ::)


Sounds with those prices people have been paying too much .

The prices I quoted were from cranks I've seen sold in 2012 , so not old prices
