Spokes

I'm going to take the plunge and attempt to build some wheels.  I've measured up and need 182mm spokes for the rear and 183mm for the front. So I have a couple of questions:

Wheres the best place to get the spokes?
I see boxes of 100 - i take it that I need to be spot on with the measurements, in other words I can't buy 100 182mm or 183mm and the wheels will be "ok"?

Bmx city on the bay is your best bet for spokes 100 for 6 notes if they have your size. 1mm either way shouldnt make any difference to the lacing  :daumenhoch:

Cheers Rich, but can i get away with the 1mm difference if I only bought one length and is it better to buy the shorter or longer length of the 2?  ???
