I would recommend you get out to as many ride outs up and down the country and meet other radsters. Then you discuss what you are into. You would be amazed how much stuff you need is sitting in someone's shed. But they never put for sale threads up. Also the more people you meet the more you get to know who is good to deal with and who is dodgy. Believe me I have heard lots of stories about users on here that stitch other radsters up. You learn who to steer clear from.
You will find most people that you meet and get on with will let you know when one of your wanted items comes up. Or even when something that is in your genre comes up.
After all, the more folks that know your after something the more likely your gonna get it.
However it does annoy me when a radster is looking for a rare item and you find it and dib it for them at a reasonable price. Only for them to say its to expensive. Then a few days later moan that no one has read their wanted ad! :idiot2: if something is rare then pay the going rate. Don't expect to get it for peanuts. :daumenhoch:
