Epoxy enamel finish???

Anyone have any ideas what the quality is like? Any info is good please.

Not received the frame set yet but was advised by the owner that the finish on it is  >>  epoxy enamel

Depends on the brand used.

Generally used for industrial finishes.......

So...the frame will rot inside the enamal in years to come but I will still have a fresh looking frame yer  ;D
