Depends how much you want to spend really


* Clean all steel hardware on a bench wheel and give them a quick flick with satin black spray paint . . . cheapest method
* Replace them with a new bolt kit . . . sometimes available to buy on ebay
* Get a metal finishers to recoat them . . . most expensive method
