I'll chip in.. Never had a bad order yet and thats a total of 5 orders.

infact they have been very generous in the past, when i ordered a v1 s&m blackbike frame @£150 and they wrongly sent me the newly released v2 s&m blackbike frame (£350) and charged me at the v1 price :2funny: :2funny:
