Frame i.d needed please

Any ideas what this is ? It has a Mongoose seat ,Haro wheels and neco written around the stem bolt, although the frame may be a completely different make.

None that i could see.

Neco headsets are generally found on bmxs from halfords, x-rated, voodoo and Apollo, although it may just be a top cap used in this case, the cranks and chainring scream halfords the stem doesn't have the normal halfords look and I've no idea what that brake bridge about
