i no you can spray it halfords do a good plastic flex primer and paint rattle can jobbys.

Any idea how well/long it last's or is it to do every 5 min's you sit on it?

it wont be coming of in a hurry as long as it is prepped keyed properly it will last a long time.i had a pair of well fadded skyways they were so uneven in colour i sprayed them and still perfect .
