Dp freestyler forks to small for bearing race.. Help

Although bottom races often don't fit and need either filling or packing, is it defo bmx headsets you are trying?
 Normal bike 1" headsets are a different size to bmx 1" headsets

I had the same issue with a DP Freestyler.  Coke can trick is the way to go:

thanks guys, yeah its a BMX one...... I found a tightish one but wiill contact spartacus as they look awesome, thanks guys
