Lookin 4 the person or thread of the guy who made the new axles collars etc

He made up axles with the locking ally collars with allen keys and BB crank locks the same . Anybody point me in the right direction ? He had a sale thread I think ?

I know a place that does collars in stainless or mild steel if its any good to you  :-\

Im after the locking collars that are on the GT sealed hubs if that helps .
