What I never worked out is that Hutch had quality goods bitd (whether you like Hutch or not), their stems were ace, I rode with the pedals for years and have the scars to prove it, amazing hubs, frames, forks, bars, clamps etc etc etc all really top quality stuff.

But they bring out Aerospeed cranks are they are basically awful rubbish.  I am talking build quality not looks as the look really nice.

whoever came up with that spindle design must have been on crack.if they had just used
a profile type like the jdb's use now.

I quite like the Clemtwin cranks even if are a little 'beefy' but as you say Ash, Fookin rare.

You can find the crank or atleast a single arm pretty easily, but finding the BB, left arm and the hub is a tall order.
