It must be there, then get them to hold it until a new consignment number can be issued to it to send it to Ireland or back to you.

if they are saying it's your fault i would have said "hold on who then instructed tnt to collect 2 parcels ?" if you have 2 receipts from them someone ie p2g would have obviously have instructed them to collect 2 parcels from yourself :-\ they wouldn't of just turned up on your doorstep out of the blue  :daumenhoch:

Contacting the Stoke office might be a good idea. Everytime you ring TNT though, the first question they ask is "was the consignment booked with parcel2go?" and as soon as you say yes, they clam up and say you have to deal with patrcel2go and thats all they will say.
I might try the stoke office and just ask if they have any parcels for the address in Ireland :daumenhoch:

just 2 clear things up the seller told me 2 make a claim and he is bing v helpfull bought 7 frames the last 2 weeks on here and 5 came with in a few days the sellers on here can speak for me :daumenhoch:

Buyer is being very patient and its much appreciated. I will do more phoning and checking on Monday and Tuesday. I have assured the buyer that I wont be letting this drop, until its sorted :daumenhoch:
