WTF is a "Moosegoose"?!?

The guy in the Moosegoose ad is Danny Oakley,who rode for Mongose and was also in their r+d dept.

Interestingly he made a prototype 21" toptube Mongoose around the same time as the Moosegoose if not earlier 8)
