drop out Knurling tool

I obtained 1 quote to make a drop out knurling press tool for early HAro's ( 82-84 models ). It was more than I expected. Was wondering if any one around here has access to the right machines to make this kind of tool. Tool itself would look pretty straight forward...Please PM or email me direct if you can help. If you are unsure of what kind of pattern it needs to make I can send a pic. Thankyou
