Yes, he's very private and very unassuming. His collection is huge and not all Haro either. I saw some photos via email - he isn't on any forums.

Theoretically, they have been in the game for approximately ten years now. At the very least, they must have sold stuff to him unless he bought his stuff in the 80s and 90s early 00s. ???
