With the Liverpool ride coming up i'm just wondering who wears a helmet when out riding ?

Weirdly i use a lid when i'm out mountaineer biking with the kids seat on the back so my little one will wear hers, but never use one when i'm bmx'ing  :uglystupid2:

what do you do, and will you be using one at Liverpool or on any other ride outs ?

I bought one last year as they won't let you ride without one at the Rhyl track. Mani had one at Brum that looked cool. :daumenhoch:
