seat clamp

HUTCHMAN:
does anyone have any idea what exact size seatclamp i'm looking for to fit a GT box stay ali frame...the seatpost is 27mm dia...the outer dia of the seat tube, by my measurements is 31mm although the Robbo clamp i've just broken is stamped 32mm...any thoughts and offers??

i bought it for one of my s&m's by mistake as its too big.

1.25 equates to 31.75...seems close enough to me....how many pennies would ypu take for it?
