help wanted with these handle bars

hi can anyone help me with the make of these handle bars please,they are 28"wide and the top tube is oval ,there is no stamp anywhere on them

Any stamps in the end caps on the clamp section?  They look like mid school Sunn style bars, brazed so not Sunn and odd crossbar with it being aero :-\ maybe midschooljon, BrianP or S&malex might know  :daumenhoch:
