They can't be dated from the serial number, yours is between 93-95
990 lugs were a 10 dollar option when new, more had them than not :daumenhoch:

Selle Italia seat. It's brown, but could work. It's an old one,but I like it. :)
or maybe I'll try and get a newer one.
