ID on a Raleigh Rampar R11 XL and UK Team burner ..what year ?

well the Rampar R11XL is the US version style of the Raleigh PRO Burner  :smitten:

if you don't want the "Raleigh" i'll take it  ;D

and according to this thread on burnerworld your should be a 1979er ......?   (the bike ran from '79-'82)
