Ive got an 84 loopy ( dark decals) I want to keep it alloy, any ideas how to clean up the scratches before a poilsh ?

How much of the seat post is in the frame ?. It looks fairly high for a rider, just make sure there's plenty in the frame otherwise it's destined for a frame snap :daumenhoch:
