Head tube caved in...help

A really easy and effective way of reforming that headtube is to get a big ball bearing and carefully start hammering on it.

The bearing will reform that lovely.

I did it the same way to a euro bottom bracket in the past and it really does work.

+1 - I would try a conical drift of some sort. Whatever you do you use though will need to be slowly pushed through as opposed to being hit through, so that the paint damage is minimal.

if you've anybody local that makes stainless exhausts they should have a hydraulic flaring tool, if they've one small enough that should do the trick nice  :daumenhoch:

Appreciate you guys taken the time to give us a hand. I've nearly got it back to shape but going to stop now as i know im going to rush it and cock it up. :daumenhoch:

Thanks sbd for giving me a buzz and some pointers. Lost a bit of paint of the top , luckily cups will cover that but masked the front and used a round bar.
