Verniers and a Hutch

Guys, if any of you have a Hutch TS, preferably '85ish, Jap made, and a set of verniers, could you please measure and post the exact diameter of the downtube for me.

Not yet Clint. I do have a brake bridge now but not a caliper yet mate  :-[

No one on here with a Hutch TS and a set of verniers  ???
