I'm working on EBay, the thread has just been locked on OZ BMX forum, man what a tool that Ralph Merhi really is as he has been threatening the members on there via PMs and through EBay :idiot2: :idiot2:

my guess is he thought he bought smth real special and then wanted his money back once he found out it wasn't what he had hoped for...

... the rest is, i'm afraid, between ebay/paypal and that guy only. Probably he's on some kind watch list now .... we'll never find out.
