Try some Sun in Super hair lightener or John Freida spray in solution what I use. Its pre mixed and simply wet the mags and spray on, wipe, repeat, leave in the sun. Worth a punt at a £5!

trying it on an old seat, only got before & during at the mo as it's still soaking in
