haro multisurface chrome seatpost

Hi all  i  am building a prolite  for a rider  as close to what I had back  in the day I was after green haro 20x175 tyres but
prices are to strong I have seen you can get black walled 20x175 tyres are these any good and whats the best place to get them . and also  what would you recomend for a decent cro mo streight seatpost
