Rear brake issue - where how and what type ?

can't - standard side lever interferes with pedal arm as sticks out too much :(

Does it catch if you put it underneath ???

I would either try mounting a caliper to the very underneath of the frame, as thats how it looks as though it designed to be ran. Or maybe use the coaster bracket for a coaster brake :daumenhoch:
It may well need a specific caliper though, like the one that the mongoose decade ran :daumenhoch:
